What is Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) are transportation services offered to patients and healthcare consumers who may face extraordinary barriers getting to medical appointments.
What type of certifications do your drivers obtain?
All of our our drivers are First Aid, CPR and AED Certified and have passed thorough background checks and drug screenings.
I need transportation for a multi-day trip. Can you help me?
T & R Transportation currently has limited availability for multi-day and out of town transportation. Please reach out to us for a consultation!
How far in advance should I schedule transportation?
We ask that you schedule transportation at minimum 7 days in advance of requested service date. We do offer same day services for an additional fee. Payment is due upon reservation. For same day services, please call us directly at (513) 436-1095.
Are your vans wheelchair accessible?
Yes! T&R offers wheelchair accessible services. Please request a wheelchair accessible van when booking.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid/Medicare for payment?
T&R currently only accepts private payment. We pride ourselves on offering affordable NEMT services, and are working towards accepting Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare for payment.
